What to send us before a queue review

21 July 2026 · Giorgi Beridze

We do not need a live login. We need a file you are allowed to share. The useful grain is interval counts for one named queue — fifteen minutes if you have it, thirty if you do not — covering the same weeks as the roster you actually ran.

Send the published rota, including split shifts and borrowed seats, even if the borrowed people are a handwritten note. Daily totals without intervals will not draw a Monday leak; we will tell you on day two and offer to recast the work.

Redact names of customers. Strip card numbers, personal ID numbers, and anything that looks like a health note. If a clinic extract still contains a diagnosis in a free-text field, do not send that field. We can draw waits without it.

Name the clock. If the ACD says 9:00 and the roster says “morning,” we will stop. Write down public holidays in the weeks you send. Georgia’s calendar is not a footnote.

A one-page key to wrap-up codes, written by a person who still uses them, saves a week of polite confusion. If that page does not exist, we will still take the work; the codes may simply stay off the wall.
