Enquiries are read on working days. If you write before 15:00 Tbilisi time, you should have a reply within two working days. For a briefing that must happen this week, telephone rather than waiting on the form.

We do not take walk-in briefings. The boards have to go up first. If you are nearby, you may still write and ask for a twenty-minute look at a sample week on paper.
