What a review costs
Fees follow the size of the extract and the number of rooms we sit in, not a menu of named packages. The figures below are starting points after we have seen a sample week.
Estimates move when the extract is dirty. Missing intervals, wrap-up codes that mean three different things, or a roster that omits borrowed seats all add reading days. We will say so before we file a slot, not on the briefing morning.
A 40% deposit holds a review or a briefing date. The balance is due when we pin the boards. Travel inside Tbilisi is included. A site visit beyond the city is quoted as mileage and hours, not as a surprise line.
We do not sell monthly access to a screen, and we do not discount a review because a second department wants to sit in. Extra guests beyond eight at a briefing are a room problem; we will say if the table will not hold them.

Two to four weeks of contacts tagged by channel. Six-page note and a small wall set. Briefing morning priced separately if you want it walked.

Roster overlay on arrivals, plus a ninety-minute working session with the planner. Stops if the ACD clock and the roster file disagree.

Only after a completed Queue Review. New boards in the first week of the following month. Cancel with one month’s note.

For teams who already have boards and need a room on Abashidze Street, or a Tbilisi site visit. Full day quoted if two queues must be walked.
