Privacy notice
This notice explains how Handlerroutehub Analytics handles names, emails, and the support records you send for a review.
Handlerroutehub Analytics is the data controller for personal data described here. The practice is at Level 10, 18 Abashidze Street, Tbilisi 0179. Write to info@handlerroutehub.digital or telephone +995 32 555 3030.
We follow Georgia’s Law on Personal Data Protection and, where a file includes people in the European Economic Area, the principles of lawful, limited, and honest processing.
What we collect
Enquiries. Name, email, optional queue note, preferred date, the commission you selected, and the message you wrote. We use this to reply and to file a slot.
Commission files. Ticket and call extracts you send, rosters, wrap-up code lists, and meeting-room names. You should send the least identifiable version that still lets us draw the queue. We do not want card numbers, health notes, or children’s data.
Site. Essential cookies that keep the pages standing, and analytics cookies only if you accept them. See the cookie notice.
We do not buy lists. We do not run account logins.
Why we hold it
We process enquiry data to take steps at your request toward a contract, and to reply honestly when no contract follows. We process commission files to perform the contract (the review, study, digest, or briefing). We keep invoices because Georgian tax rules require it. Where we rely on legitimate interests — for example, defending a fee dispute — we will not override a right you have under Georgian law.
How long
Enquiry messages that do not become work are kept for 18 months, then deleted. Commission extracts are kept for 12 months after the last board is delivered, then deleted or returned, unless a longer hold is required for a legal claim. Invoices are kept for the period Georgian accounting rules demand. Cookie identifiers follow the durations in the cookie table.
Who sees it
Nino, Giorgi, and Tamar. A Georgian accountant sees invoice lines, not ticket extracts. A courier sees a name and a Tbilisi address when we send boards. We do not sell data. We do not send extracts to a marketing list.
International transfers
Our office and paper boards stay in Georgia. If an email host or file drop stores a copy outside Georgia, we use a supplier that offers a contract Georgia’s law can live with, and we will name that supplier if you ask. We prefer a file you bring on paper or a local drop when the extract is heavy.
Your rights
Subject to the Law on Personal Data Protection, you may ask to see what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict it, or object to processing that rests on legitimate interests. You may complain to Georgia’s Personal Data Protection Service. If you are in the EEA you may also contact your local authority. We will need enough information to find your file; we will not hunt a queue by rumour.
To use these rights, write to info@handlerroutehub.digital. We aim to answer within a month.
Children
Our work is with adult support leads. We do not knowingly hold data about children. If an extract still contains it, tell us at once so we can destroy that slice.
