Refunds

Refunds, deposits, and missed mornings

These rules cover queue reviews, studies, digests, and briefing mornings. They do not mention goods we do not sell.

Handlerroutehub Analytics does not sell boxed goods or take card checkout on this site. Money changes hands by invoice after an estimate. This page covers how that money comes back, when it does not, and how to ask.

Write to info@handlerroutehub.digital with the estimate number and the date of the briefing or the first file drop. Telephone +995 32 555 3030 if the morning is within two working days.

When a full refund applies

  • You cancel in writing before we have opened your extract and before a briefing slot is inside ten working days.
  • We cannot start because the sample week is unusable and you choose to stop rather than recast the commission.
  • We cancel a briefing for our own reasons (illness on Level 10, a room we cannot open) and you do not want a new date.

When a partial refund applies

  • You cancel after we have started reading but more than five working days before the briefing. We keep the value of days already spent, evidenced on the invoice, and return the rest of the deposit and any balance paid.
  • You reduce a Queue Review to a Channel Mix Study after day three. The difference in starting fees is returned after we issue a corrected invoice.

What is not returned

  • Time already spent reading a dirty extract after we warned you on day two and you asked us to continue.
  • A deposit on a briefing inside five working days, unless we cancelled.
  • Printed boards already drawn and delivered. Paper that has left Abashidze Street is yours; we do not take it back for credit.
  • Courier costs already paid to send boards outside Tbilisi.
  • A Monthly Visual Digest month once that month’s boards have been sent.

We do not charge for “materials” beyond printing that is already in the fee. There are no physical kits, no courses, and no software licences to unwind.

Cancellations and rescheduling

You may move a briefing once, with at least five working days’ notice, at no extra fee if the room is free. A second move, or a move inside five working days, may take a 150 GEL room fee. If you do not arrive and do not telephone by the start of the morning, the half-day is treated as used. We will still send the written brief if the boards were finished; the room is not repeated without a new booking.

Work already started

Opening the extract, drawing a draft wait curve, or pinning boards counts as started work. A change of mind after that is a partial refund, not a full one. If we have not yet opened the file, it is a full refund.

No-shows

If the planner does not attend a Shift Pattern working session, we wait twenty minutes, then close the room. The session fee is not returned. A new date is a new booking.

How money comes back

Refunds go by the same method you used to pay the invoice, usually a Georgian bank transfer. We need the account name that matches the invoice. Processing is five to ten working days after we accept the request. We do not send cash to the Level 10 doorbell.

Deposits

The 40% deposit files the slot. It is part of the fee, not a separate product. It follows the full and partial rules above.

Digests

A digest cancels at the end of the month following your written note. The month already drawn is not refunded. We will not draw a queue you have split out of existence; remaining prepaid months, if any, are returned after that note.

Exceptions

If Georgian consumer law gives you a stronger right than this page, that law wins. This page does not cover goods, subscriptions, or delivery models we do not offer.
