Monthly Visual Digest
A retained set of wall charts each month for one named queue: arrivals, waits, abandonment, and the roster that was actually sat.
The Monthly Visual Digest is for a floor that has already sat through a Support Queue Review and wants the wall kept honest. It is not a second review. It is the same named queue, redrawn each month from the extract you send on the first working day.
Each month you receive a small set of boards: arrivals, average speed of answer, abandonment, and the roster that was sat. If a public holiday or a storm of billing contacts bends the curve, we annotate the month rather than smoothing it. A twenty-minute call is included when a month is ugly; it is not included when the month looks like the last one.
We will not start a digest on a queue we have never seen. The first review sets the labels, the clock, and the wrap-up codes we trust. If you change switch vendors mid-retainer we pause for a week to remap the extract.
The retainer is 1,200 GEL per month, billed monthly, cancellable with one month’s note. Printed boards are included for Tbilisi addresses; a courier outside the city is quoted separately.
