Terms of engagement

These terms govern work commissioned from Handlerroutehub Analytics, Level 10, 18 Abashidze Street, Tbilisi 0179. By paying a deposit, signing an estimate, or sending records for a named queue, you accept this text. If a signed estimate conflicts with a clause here, the estimate wins for that commission only.

The work

We provide professional reading, drawing, and briefing services for customer support records. We do not sell software, subscriptions, or access to a screen. Deliverables are the boards, written briefs, and rooms described in the relevant commission. Oral remarks in a briefing are part of the service; they are not a separate product.

Your records

You warrant that you have the right to share the extracts you send, that personal data has been reduced to what the reading requires, and that named customers are not identifiable unless a law of Georgia requires you to keep them. We may refuse a file that still contains card numbers, health notes, or children’s data.

Intellectual property

You keep the records you sent. You receive a licence to use the boards and the written brief inside your organisation, including hanging them on the floor and showing them to directors. You may not resell the charts, publish them with our name, or present them as your own drawing without a written note from the desk. We keep the right to reuse methods, interval templates, and anonymous examples in later teaching on Abashidze Street.

Payment

Fees are as quoted. A 40% deposit files a review or briefing slot. The balance is due on the briefing morning or on delivery of the boards if no briefing was booked. Late balances pause a digest. Taxes required under Georgian law are stated on the invoice.

Liability

We read the files you supply. We are not your workforce planner, lawyer, or insurer. Charts can be wrong if wrap-up codes are wrong; we will mark doubts, not hide them. Our liability for a commission is limited to the fee paid for that commission, except where Georgian law forbids a limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud). We are not liable for lost profits, hiring decisions, or a rota you later regret.

Confidentiality

Both sides keep non-public queue figures and extracts confidential for three years after the briefing, except where a court or regulator in Georgia requires disclosure, or where the information is already public.

Termination

You may cancel under the rules on the refund page. We may stop work if the extract is unlawful to hold, if guests treat the briefing as a sales pitch for a vendor, or if invoices remain unpaid after a written reminder.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Courts of Tbilisi have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
